Accidents happen. It's a fact of life, and if it happens to you, it's good to know that there is a friendly company, always ready to help you get your car off the road and sorted out.
Sometimes, things go wrong in the worst way
We have trusted relationships with all of the major insurance companies in New Zealand. If your car is insured, we will come and pick up your car, tow it to our secured storage, and leave you free to arrange your claim with your insurer.
Once you have made your claim, your insurer will arrange assessment of your vehicle, followed by further towing to a repairer if needed.
Our experience with Police-attended incidents is second-to-none
Jamieson's are proud to have been working alongside the Police for over a quarter-century, and we understand their procedures well.
If called to your accident, Police will arrive to assess the scene and make their enquiries. If you can move your vehicle from the roadway, do so, but be sure to take clear photos of the scene before taking your vehicle to a safe place. Once Police are ready to give the all-clear that vehicles can be removed, they will contact towing companies to arrange for them to collect the damaged vehicles.
You have the right to request the company of your choice, so when you talk to the Police, don't forget to request that Jamieson's take your vehicle into their care.
