Our trucks are at the heart of all that we do
Jamieson's tow trucks are purpose-built to tow modern vehicles, with our specific needs in mind. We have three varieties of versatile 'Stinger'-style hydraulic wheel-lift cradle trucks, plus a flatbed truck with its own wheel lift, capable of transporting multiple vehicles in one load.
Our most recent addition is New Zealand's first hybrid-electric tow truck. This truck is also fitted with a 'Stinger'-style wheel lift, making it equally as capable as its fire-breathing equivalent, but far kinder to the environment.
There's no such thing as a difficult load for our drivers
Each of our cradle trucks carries a set of dollies, allowing our cradle trucks to lift all the wheels of an entire vehicle, meaning no wheels undergo rotation while the vehicle is towed.
Whether your vehicle is an all-wheel drive that won't take kindly to being moved with wheels on the ground, or completely immobile from a malfunctioning handbrake or gearbox, we have the capability to move it, minimising the risk of further damage.
